Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Sciences degree preferred or equivalent nursing education.
• Associate degree in nursing, nursing diploma, or equivalent.
• Internal MLKCH Versant Nurse Residency program may be considered for internal candidates.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to anticipate and plan for patient and family needs.
• Prioritize and organize patient care ensuring follow-through with planned care.
• Maintain patient safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality nursing care across the unit.
