Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix seeks a Registered Nurse for the Medical/Surgical Unit-6E-Neuro Care to deliver patient-centered nursing care. You will follow ANA standards, assess and document, and contribute to care plans for stroke patients.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs and IV therapy, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to improve outcomes and ensure a safe, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Associates or diploma in nursing required with AZ RN license.
• BSN preferred; prior neuro or med-surg experience beneficial.
• Ability to follow ANA standards and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data and develop patient-centered care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse interactions.
• Document observations and outcomes in the patient record.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and lifestyle.
