Qualifications

• Preferred experience as an RN Supervisor or Relief Supervisor.
• Legally licensed to work as a registered nurse in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assess, plan, coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate patient care and staff development.
• Assist Clinical Director in managing unit staff and patient population.
• Provide direct patient care per unit needs and collaborate with physicians.
• Participate in policy revisions and committees relevant to the department.
