Job summary

Scripps Health in San Diego, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse RN for full-time, benefited MedSurg Tele SSRS float pool across our five hospital campuses. You will provide direct patient care, perform assessments, planning and implementation of care plans, and collaborate with the care team to deliver optimal outcomes in a dynamic system-wide environment.

Schedule includes 12-hour night shifts, including weekends, with a 72-hour every two weeks pattern, and opportunities for new hire incentives

Qualifications

• Two years of recent RN experience in MedSurg Tele or equivalent.
• Current CA RN License.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification prior to start.
• Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and positive behavior.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.
• Assess, plan and implement a plan of care and evaluate progress.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
