Job summary

Scripps Mercy Hospital, part of Scripps Health, seeks a Full Time RN for night shift in the MedSurg Tele Float Pool serving San Diego and Chula Vista. The role involves patient assessment, care planning, and collaboration with the care team to deliver continuous, high-quality care.

Eligible for a New Hire Retention Incentive up to $7K. Must float to other units, hold CA RN license, BLS/ACLS, and have 2 years of acute care experience. Competitive hourly pay range applies.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse degree from an accredited program.
• Active California RN license.
• BLS and ACLS healthcare provider certifications.
• At least 2 years of recent adult RN experience in acute care.
• Willing to float to other units.
• English communication skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and positive behavior.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care and evaluate progress.
• Take primary responsibility for patient care and collaborate with the team.
