Job summary

Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the MedSurg Tele Float Pool. This full-time night shift position offers 12-hour shifts (1900-0730) across Memorial and Green campuses, with self-scheduling and 4 weekend shifts every four weeks to maintain flexibility.

The role requires at least one year of acute Med/Surg experience, CA RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of acute Med/Surg RN experience.
• Current CA State RN license.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care.
• Collaborate with the care team to evaluate patient progress toward outcomes.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained across all Med/Surg Tele units.
