• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care; regularly update plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely following physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and ensure effective communication.
