Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown, PA seeks a Registered Nurse for a Medical-Surgical (Step Down) unit on a full-time basis with variable 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends/major holidays. The unit supports neurology-neurosurgery patients and maintains a strong team culture focused on safety and patient outcomes.

• Current state RN license and an associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• BLS required within 30 days of hire; CPR certification; ACLS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the Patient Care Team's delivery of personalized, efficient care.
• Perform patient assessments and participate in discharge planning.
• Develop and update individualized plans of care.
• Adhere to the 10 Rights of medication administration.
• Collaborate with physicians as part of the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Maintain patient safety and timely response to changes in status.
