Job summary

This role requires 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience, current RN licensure, BCLS, and flexibility for PRN day shifts (0630–1900).

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.
• Current RN license and Basic Life Support certification (BCLS) required.
• Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process (assess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate).
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop and adjust care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions as needed.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control standards and ensure patient safety.
