Job summary

Advocate Health's Aurora Medical Center – Kenosha is seeking a dedicated RN for the Med Surg 2 unit. This part-time role (24 hours/week) involves two 12-hour day shifts from 0700 to 1930, with weekend and holiday rotation.

The unit provides care for adult female medical-surgical patients and select pediatric cases, with a focus on safe, compassionate nursing through the full care continuum. You will join a team skilled in ACLS/NIHSS readiness, BLS within 30 days, and cross-training

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license in the practicing state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create a safe environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
