Aurora Medical Center Kenosha is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Med Surg 5 unit. This 24-hour/week role focuses on oncology care with inpatient chemotherapy needs and a weekend program (Sat/Sun 0700-1930) with a quarterly weekend off and a differential.

RNs on MS5 follow triad leadership and strive for high reliability care. We welcome new grads and emphasize professional development, telemetry training, and certification attainment within one year of hire.

Qualifications

• Completion of RN licensure and active state license.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Telemetry training within 30 days of orientation and ongoing competency.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Maintain safe patient environment and high-quality care in accordance with standards and policies.
• Lead communication and collaboration to optimize patient experience on MS5 unit.
