Job summary

Aurora Medical Center - Kenosha is actively seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg 2 unit. The role focuses on adult female medical-surgical care with pediatric select cases, coordinating patient care and ensuring safety and quality across the care continuum.

Ideal candidates will be licensed as an RN in Wisconsin, hold BLS certification, and be prepared to obtain ACLS and NIHSS prior to orientation. This on-site position requires flexibility and teamwork in a dynamic inpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
