• Participate in mandatory in-service training and meetings.

What You'll Do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for all patients.
• Collect and document all data pertinent to each patient’s needs within 24 hours of admission.
• Formulate the patient plan of care based on age-specific needs and acceptable standards of practice.
• Communicate the patient plan of care through shift reports and established procedures.
• Implement and document teaching plans in the patient record.

• Administer medications safely and document according to established procedures.

Requirements

Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience: 1 year of prior related medical/surgical experience preferred.

Licenses & Certifications: Current RN License in Massachusetts required. BLS/CPR certification required within one week of hire. ACLS preferred.
