• Communicate the patient plan of care through shift reports.
• Implement and document teaching plans in the patient record.
• Organize patient care and set priorities based on acuity.
• Administer medications safely and document procedures.
• Participate in mandatory in-service training and meetings.
• Maintain an environment of high standards of patient care.
• Recognize acute problems and intervene according to procedures.
