Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Dover, NH seeks an RN for the Med/Surg Float Pool to deliver individualized nursing care and interpret care plans. You will maintain records, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and coordinate with the healthcare team to adjust plans.

Part-time daytime shift with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and an on-site hospital setting at Wentworth-Douglass. RN license in NH and BLS are required; ADN required, BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Current NH RN License and BLS certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans based on responses and conditions.
