Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead delivery of professional nursing care using the nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate).
• Provide care, supervision, teaching to patients and families, with documentation in the medical record.
• Demonstrate clinical leadership and ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and during shifts, report changes promptly.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses; document care accurately.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and follow-up care; translate medical terms as needed.
