AdventHealth in Rome, GA is seeking a part-time RN for night shifts. The role involves comprehensive patient care, planning, and collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure safety and quality.

Licensing and certifications are required, with a pathway for ongoing professional development. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and patient education.

Formación

• RN duties and core responsibilities as listed in the job description.
• Active RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications are required.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies and formulates expected outcomes based on diagnoses.
• Develops individualized plans of care with patient, family, and providers.
• Implements interventions from the plan of care safely, timely, and appropriately.
• Evaluates patient progress and revises diagnoses, outcomes, and plans of care as needed.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
• Educates patients and families on health conditions, procedures, and care plans.
• Participates in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and nursing practices.
• Serves as a patient advocate, ensuring patient rights and needs are respected and addressed.
• Collects and documents patient health data systematically and continuously.
• Analyzes assessment data to determine and validate diagnoses with the patient, family, and healthcare providers.
• Other duties as assigned.
