AdventHealth in Rome, GA is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care on a 12-hour night schedule. The role requires ARNP?— actually RN with ACLS/BLS etc. The position emphasizes patient advocacy, medication administration, and collaborative care planning.

Minimum pay starts at $35 per hour with a pay range of $30.70–$50.42 per hour. Benefits begin day one, including health, dental, vision, and retirement options, along with extensive professional development

Responsabilités

• Identifies and formulates expected outcomes based on diagnoses, ensuring they are realistic, attainable, and culturally appropriate.
• Develops individualized plans of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare providers, ensuring continuity and documentation.
• Implements interventions from the plan of care safely, timely, and appropriately, documenting actions taken.
• Evaluates patient progress towards outcomes, revising diagnoses, outcomes, and plans of care as needed.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff, maintaining professional relationships and promoting a positive environment. Educates patients and families on health conditions, procedures, and care plans, ensuring understanding and compliance.
• Participates in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and nursing practices.
• Serves as a patient advocate, ensuring patient rights and needs are respected and addressed. Collects and documents patient health data systematically and continuously.
• Analyzes assessment data to determine and validate diagnoses with the patient, family, and healthcare providers. Other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Minimum Pay: $35 / hour

Work Schedule: 32x 12 hour shifts, rotating weekends, 7pm-7am
