Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes based on nursing diagnoses (30%).
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and revises plan with the team (20%).
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement to achieve quality, satisfaction, and financial targets (10%).
• Operations - Manages unit operations as needed (10%).
