Job summary

Qualifications
- RN with valid license and BLS certification.
- Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
- 1+ year in acute care setting preferred.
- Fluent in English; strong communication and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, and social needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with regular updates.
- Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care.
- Collaborate with staff to coordinate care and ensure safety.
- Document care activities and outcomes accurately.
- Respond to code situations promptly.
