Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license from Ohio or multi-state compact.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN degree required (or in progress to meet 5 years of employment).

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Document planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Participate in process improvement to improve quality and safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for patient care.
