Job summary

OhioHealth in Dublin, OH seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver general nursing care across diverse acute settings. The RN is responsible for nursing practice per the Ohio Board of Nursing and delegates tasks to licensed personnel as appropriate.

The role covers assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care with a focus on safety and quality within a high-reliability environment. Day shift, 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or a multi-state compact license.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to revise care plans as needed.
• Lead process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain safety, quality and efficiency in line with High Reliability Organization (HRO) standards.
