Job summary

Join Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital and deliver world-class nursing on the 3 South General Medicine Unit, serving adult and geriatric patients with diverse conditions. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centred care in a renowned environment.

As an RN, you will provide direct nursing care, implement and monitor care plans, administer medications, document patient conditions, coordinate discharges, and educate patients and families. Night shift: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
• One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patients' conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.
