Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Nurse Assistant for the Med/Surg unit. You will work with the nursing team to provide direct patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and support patient mobility in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, reporting changes to the RN, and helping maintain clean, orderly rooms. Night shift with 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtained during hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide or assist with patient care under the supervision of an RN.
• Report abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental, or emotional conditions to an RN.
• Assist with keeping patients' rooms clean and orderly.
