Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Patient Care Nursing Assistant at Medina Hospital, Three South. The night shift runs 7:00pm–7:30am. You will provide basic direct patient care under the supervision of an RN with established competencies and training.

Responsibilities include reporting changes to the RN, assisting with daily living activities, patient transfers, and maintaining clean patient areas. Strong English reading/writing and teamwork are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• STNA certification preferred.
• BLS/CPR required within new hire period.
• Nursing students may substitute clinical rotation for experience.

Responsabilidades

• Report abnormal findings to the RN.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Assist with patient transfers and mobility.
• Maintain clean and orderly patient rooms.
• Follow instructions and demonstrate professional conduct.
