Job summary

AdventHealth in Land O Lakes, FL seeks an experienced RN for night shift to provide comprehensive assessments and individualized care plans. You will administer medications, educate patients and families, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, evidence-based practice.

The role requires strong nursing skills, English fluency, and a willingness to engage in continuous professional development while maintaining high quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1+ acute care hospital setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluating and revising as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
