Qualifications
- RN required (State of Florida)
- Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor preferred
- Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic medical records
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental and social factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocol.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care strategies.
- Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and maintain documentation.
- Respond to code situations and ensure patient safety.
- Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance care and efficiency.
