Job summary

AdventHealth in Land O Lakes, FL seeks an experienced RN for night shifts to provide comprehensive patient care in a critical care setting. You will assess, plan, administer, and evaluate care while documenting precisely in the EMR and coordinating with the care team.

Eligible clinicians may earn up to 20% salary increases through the Clinical Ladder, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance where applicable.

Qualifications

• RN required and licensed in Florida or eligible for licensure.
• Associate's degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Experience in critical care and familiarity with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and safety protocols.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust plans to achieve outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Document care activities in the EMR accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and participate in quality initiatives.
