Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced RN for the Medical/Surgical Unit with Neuro Care responsibilities in Scottsdale. The RN will document patient histories, administer medications, manage IV therapies, and coordinate care under ANA standards and ethical guidelines.

New grads may apply. A $5K new hire sign-on bonus is available. This full-time day shift covers 72 hours per pay period at Thompson Peak Medical Center, Scottsdale, AZ.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Diploma in Nursing is required.
• BSN within 60 months of hire is required or 5+ years RN experience with plan to obtain BSN.
• Whether ADN/ Diploma or BSN, nursing licensure is required to practice as RN.

Responsibilities

• Apply ANA standards and ethics in patient care.
• Record medical history, administer meds, IV therapies, and follow care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and medications.
