Job summary

HonorHealth in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Medical/Surgical Unit-M3. The RN delivers high-quality patient care guided by ANA standards, administers medications, manages IV therapy, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team.

You will educate patients and families on care needs, document care plans, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. A sign-on bonus up to $10K is offered for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• BSN must be completed within 60 months of hire
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing accepted for initial hire
• Current RN license in Arizona required
• National certification for the assigned unit preferred or required

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care guided by ANA standards; develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and IV therapies with accurate dosages and safety checks.
• Educate patients and families on care needs, home plans, and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Mentor and precept staff and students, supporting ongoing professional development.
