Job summary

HonorHealth is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Thompson Peak Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ. The RN will perform patient assessments, administer medications, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include careful data collection, care planning, and patient education to support recovery and safety in a fast-paced medical/surgical unit.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in med-surg or acute care setting preferred.
• Ability to educate patients and families on care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Medical/Surgical Unit.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies per policy.
• Develop, implement and revise patient care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, post-care needs and safety.
