Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for Med surg General Surgery 3W. Full-time, 36 hours per week, dayshift 7:00pm–7:00am. Mercy offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for new graduates and a $20,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with 1+ years of experience. Education options include ADN, Diploma, or BSN with Missouri RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensure as RN in Missouri or compact licensure.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and teams.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
