Job summary

• Develop and implement individualized care plans and update as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient care and documentation.
