Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois with current license
• BLS within 30 days and ACLS within 1 year of hire
• College diploma in Nursing; active practice
• Strong assessment, medication administration, and patient care documentation

Responsibilities

• Performs unit duties and maintains accurate nursing documentation.
• Develops and implements care plans based on assessments.
• Provides nursing interventions and coordinates with the provider team.
• Maintains safety, falls precautions, isolation, and ambulation safety.
• Communicates effectively within the healthcare team for coordinated care.
• Supports rapid admission/discharge for observation patients and timely testing.
