Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Illinois (IDFPR)
• BLS within 30 days of hire
• ACLS within 1 year of hire
• Nursing diploma/degree requirement

Responsibilities

• Performs initial assessment and develops plan of care.
• Implements nursing interventions and procedures.
• Documents care accurately for the healthcare team.
• Ensures patient safety and educates patients and families.
• Communicates effectively with the care team and supports fast-paced care.
