Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Illinois or eligible to practice in Illinois per IDFPR.
• College diploma in nursing with active BLS certification.
• Minimum RN experience of one year on a med-surg unit.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessments and develop plans of care per unit standards.
• Document nursing care accurately for seamless team communication.
• Administer medications using the 5 Rights and monitor patient safety.
• Communicate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and education.
• Respond to call lights promptly and perform patient education.
