Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing care per unit standards and care plans.
• Maintains accurate documentation of nursing care.
• Completes initial patient assessments and develops care plans.
• Delegates tasks to HCAs and validates completion.
• Administers medications using the 5 Rights.
• Maintains patient safety and responds to call lights promptly.
• Communicates with the care team to coordinate care.
