Qualifications

• RN >1 year of experience required.
• BLS certification within 30 days required.
• College Diploma in Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties per unit scope of service and maintains accurate nursing documentation.
• Develops and updates care plans based on patient and family needs.
• Administers medications following the 5 Rights and hospital policies.
• Maintains patient safety, fall precautions, and infection control.
• Communicates effectively with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
