Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or higher in nursing.
• Current Texas nursing license or reciprocity in 90 days.
• BLS certification required and ACLS/EKG within 90 days where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assess and direct patient care; modify nursing plans and discharge planning.
• Monitor patient condition and vital signs; document in medical records.
• Collaborate with care team to achieve treatment goals; ensure hand-off communication.
