Job summary

AdventHealth in Chatsworth, GA seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time role with 3 x 12 hour shifts (Fri-Sun) and day-weekend schedule. Eligible candidates may receive a $25,000 sign-on bonus and annual recognition through the Clinical Ladder program.

You will perform patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, educate patients, document in the EMR, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• RN license and BLS/CPR certification required.
• RN experience in acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop SMART care plans with the care team.
• Administer medications and IV therapies and perform procedures.
• Educate patients and families and ensure safe discharge planning.
• Document care in the EMR and participate in quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and nurses to coordinate care.
