Job summary

AdventHealth in Rome, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse for a night shift on a 3x12 schedule. The role offers a $25,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits from day one. Minimum pay starts at $35 per hour with a pay range of $31.44–$54.92 depending on experience and education.

3x12 night shifts, rotating weekends, 7pm-7am, in a full-time position. Ideal candidates hold an RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, with acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS CPR Certified (Required).
• ACLS Certified (Required).
• PALS Certified (Preferred).
• CNOR (Preferred).
• 1+ acute care nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and formulates expected outcomes based on diagnoses, ensuring they are realistic, attainable, and culturally appropriate.
• Develops individualized plans of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare providers, ensuring continuity and documentation.
• Implements interventions from the plan of care safely, timely, and appropriately, documenting actions taken.
• Evaluates patient progress towards outcomes, revising diagnoses, outcomes, and plans of care as needed.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff, maintaining professional relationships and promoting a positive environment.
