Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required or pending licensure

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including history, vitals, and psychosocial needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with SMART goals in collaboration with patients and care teams.
• Administer medications and procedures safely (oral, IV, IM) and monitor responses.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
• Advocate for patient safety and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure quality care.
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement and apply current best practices.
