The role requires 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience; active RN license; BCLS; ACLS/PALS preferred. We offer a $25K sign-on bonus for eligible roles, tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 annually, and up to $20K in student

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.
• Active RN license for Oklahoma or compact state.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Involves physicians during procedures within documented competency.
• Develops and evaluates individualized care plans with the care team.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in CPR and code team activities.
• Educates patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Adheres to infection control protocols and safety standards.
