Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care through the nursing process and coordinate care with the health team.
• Assess patients thoroughly and document findings; report changes promptly to the care team.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects and interactions.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in CPR and code team activities as needed.
• Maintain infection control, safety standards, and accurate medical records.
