Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.
• RN- licensed in state or compact license.
• BCLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care according to the nursing process.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Collaborate with care team to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in CPR/code team activities.
