• Coordinate and implement Nursing Clinical Education Programs and Clinical Competence.
• Plan, organize and execute education/training programs identified through needs assessment and quality improvement.
• Support education operations through teamwork, customer service, quality assurance, and policy development.
• Collaborate with education team and facility leadership on hospital-wide education initiatives.
