Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Tulsa, OK is seeking a day shift, full-time Medical Surgical Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg team. You will assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care, ensuring age-appropriate care for patients on the unit.

The role requires an ADN, an Oklahoma RN License, and BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire. You will work under Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act guidelines and contribute to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing (ADN) required.
• Current Oklahoma RN License required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer before direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care per standards to deliver efficient, effective patient care.
• Provide age-appropriate care to patients across the life span on the Med Surg unit.
• Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development to identify patient-specific needs.
• Develop, modify and implement the plan of care in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and unit policies.
