Ardent Health Services in Tulsa, OK invites an experienced Renal Med Surg RN to join our night shift team. You will assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care for adult patients on the Med Surg unit, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

• ADN required.
• Current OK or Multistate RN license.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care per standards.
• Provide age-appropriate care on the Med Surg unit.
• Interpret data to identify patient requirements by age.
• Develop, modify and implement the plan of care.
• Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
