Job summary

Qualifications

• ADN required to practice as an RN.
• Current valid OK or Multistate RN License.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care activities per HHS standards to deliver quality patient care.
• Provide care that is appropriate to the age of patients served on the unit.
• Develop, modify and implement the plan of care in accordance with hospital policies.
