Wellstar Kennestone Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the MedSurg CDU unit on PRN night shifts from 7pm to 7am. You will deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and contribute to continuous improvement and patient safety.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) and an active RN license. BLS, ACLS, and other certifications are required at hire.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree in nursing or diploma; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the United States; multi-state compact accepted.
• All required certifications must be current at time of hire (BLS, ACLS).

• Performs the Nursing Process with assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provides patient-centered care respecting age, gender, disease and cultural diversity.
• Partners with patient and family using bedside shift reports, interdisciplinary rounds and coaching.
• Maintains current clinical practice standards in line with evidence-based guidelines.
• Coordinates safe, quality care with interdisciplinary teams and proper documentation.
• Supports performance improvement and governance activities to promote safety and best practices.
